Outstanding Sales Opportunity

Rapid growth in our Corporate Division has created an opening for a Professional Sales Representative. We are looking for an enthusiastic "people person" to manage a variety of responsibilities among our corporate teams.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for providing interested prospects with accurate estimates on installation of decorative concrete landscape borders, commercial curbing and decorative concrete resurfacing. Previous experience with these products is not required as full product training will be provided. Additional responsibilities will include coordination of installation through our customer service department and clear communication with installation crew leaders to insure a smooth trouble free installation for our customers.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Demonstrated performance as a leader and role model
  • 2-4 years of related work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent work experience will be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to view issues in a non-emotional, matter of fact manner and providing clarity for parties involved
  • Extremely strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to think positively, proactively and be a team player
  • Proven ability to develop and foster a strong team environment
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications) Experience with custom CRM systems would be an asset

Duties and Responsibilities

Driving Sales Results

    • Actively pursue opportunities with companies and individuals who can use our products or services
    • Provide written estimates to interested prospects
    • Participate in all required Marketing Programs - ie: Home & Garden Shows
    • Yield as many qualified leads at the shows for immediate quote scheduling & future follow up
    • Contact all leads in a timely manner
    • Maintain sales strategies and tactics that will increase client conversion and growth
    • Work closely with Customer Service, Crew Leader and Management to ensure consistency of job details
    • Work closely with Management in order to meet sales targets, customer satisfaction quotas and help maintain a harmonious working environment
    • Participate in any additional training as required
