Call Centre / Customer Service

Curb-Ease™ Corporate office located in Maple Ridge, BC has an opening for a part-time Call Centre/Customer Service Representative.  Hours Tuesday - Thursday (7:00am - 3:30pm) and occasionally a Friday (7:00am - 3:00pm) or Saturday (8:30am - 2:00pm).

The ideal candidate will have 2+years related experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who thrives to work in a fast paced environment, has excellent phone skills, able to meet deadlines, strong time management skills, forward thinking, detail oriented and has excellent verbal and written English skills. If you are results driven with the ability to work independently then this job maybe for you.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Administration / Customer Service
  • Professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette are mandatory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong teamwork and project management skills
  • Extremely organized and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced working knowledge of the following software programs;  Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Adobe products would be an asset
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Call Centre / Customer Service
  • Answer phones professionally
  • Conduct customer satisfaction follow up calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule quote appointments
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs & reports
  • Variety of administrative tasks
